Jin-Ya Huang

Jin-Ya Huang is a social impact, community architect and creative innovator with a focus on the intersection of equity, design, and social justice work. She is the founder of Break Bread, Break Borders, a social enterprise empowering refugee women economically through the storytelling of food and culture. Huang is an accomplished published writer and keynote speaker for corporations, nonprofits and NGOs.

John is a leadership coach and founder of Mastery Academy, where he helps Asian American professionals and students enhance their leadership, communication, and personal development skills. Known for his dynamic talks, Wang teaches audiences how to overcome fears and unlock their full potential. He has led personal development programs for employees at Fortune 500 companies and is set to release his book Big Asian Energy in 2025, which explores the impact of cultural expectations and breaking free from limitations.
